Ella is a PhD student in the Seto Lab for Urbanization and Global Change at the Yale School of the Environment. Her research centers around processes of urbanization and their intersections with environmental justice, public health, and data equity. She has trained and worked as a Spatial Data Scientist and Urban Planner, with an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Space Syntax from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. Her PhD is additionally supported by a Fulbright Data Analytics Scholarship.
