Past Event: Northeast Higher ED GIS Facilitators Meet-Up

🗺️ On May 20th, YCGS team members—Miriam Olivares, GISP, Head of Geospatial Support Services, and Yeim We, Earth Observation Lab Assistant—and Bethany Seeger from Yale Library attended the Northeast Higher Ed GIS Facilitators Meet-Up at Boston University, where they shared insights into GIS education at Yale University.

This day-long event brought together educators, researchers, and lab coordinators dedicated to advancing geospatial education and innovation in higher education. From exchanging best practices in remote sensing 🛰️ instruction to envisioning the future of GIS curricula, the gathering offered a vibrant space for connection, learning, and inspiration.
