Min Yi is a first-year Master of Environmental Management (MEM) student at the School of the Environment, specializing in Environmental Policy Analysis. She previously worked as a research assistant at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where she studied mangrove microbial ecology. She later joined Singapore’s National Parks Board (NParks), contributing to species conservation and management projects. Min Yi hopes to develop practical, impactful solutions by bridging ecological research and conservation policy. Outside of her academic and professional interests, she enjoys building community—often over good food and a quality brew.
